Through specific breathing techniques we activate kundalini to feel more juicy aliveness, awareness and presence. Join us into a clear structure, dropping any goal or agenda, simply experience in a nurturing space the whole spectrum of human emotions and sensations. Includes Orgasmic Breath - a form of non verbal, non touch, two way circular movement that moves our energy through the chakras for a full body orgasmic release.

The Second part of the workshop is about the exploration how we move with ourselves and others with our awakened ecstatic bliss body. Ranging from tender, soft, distant, spicy, confronting, nurturing, erotic, silly, devotional and beyond. Participants have the opportunity to explore boundaries, make request, listen and be heard, and understand the wheel of consent by Betty Martin as a foundational practice for superb communication.

The entire workshop will be interactive and experiential. Participants will be guided through the rules and are encouraged to take this opportunity to reach a deep state of transformation and experience of their activated bliss body.
