This journey of the 5Rhythms® invites Connection to our inner and outer dances; how we meet in the space of the dance.. not only one yoga mat near another; how do we bridge the distances with kindness towards ourselves and meet the presence within allowing us to authentically engage? To find the resources to honestly show up for ourselves inside of relationship? An engaging and fulfilling meeting place for our dances within and around one another. An opportunity to expand our hearts with movement.
