During the journey the group will come together to co-create a profound sound experience. To begin, an active breathwork technique, toning and subtle body movements are used to open the body, quiet the mind and activate your energetic system taking you to an altered state of awareness. From here you are encouraged to use the power of intention and vibration as you are immersed in the live sounds of the didjeridoo, gongs, crystal bowls, Tibetan bells, mantra, and chant. This combination ultimately creates a blissful state of harmony with your body, mind and soul.
