What is the purpose of mantra, and how can we apply them in our daily lives?  In this workshop, we will explore how the repetition of mantra can help with focus, healing and revitalization in a constantly moving world.  We will study the melding of music and sacred text, learn how to write melodies and construct songs, and strengthen our own voices as divine instruments.  No experience necessary, bring instruments if you'd like!
